There are tales to tell, up and down school. Year 1 pupils are using their speaking and listening skills for recounting, Year 5 pupils are analysing their main character, Bradley Chalkers, whilst Year 6 pupils are creating vivid and detailed descriptions.
The equipment in Mission Possible is now complete. Our successful Big Lottery bid has given us the funding for this to happen. Next week, the children will have a timetable for playtimes. I think it will be very popular, judging by the trial run!
Year 1 pupils are exploring a range of shapes on the apparatus, during their gymnastics lesson today.
Year 3 pupils certainly aren’t lost, for they are finding their way around grammar, punctuation and spelling strategies.
Reception pupils are decorating some boxes, which are going to house some special personal memories.

I thought that I’d lost Year 1 pupils this afternoon, but they were responding to classical music, including Handel’s “Fireworks.” Their response saw them working in all areas!
