Year 4 pupils enjoyed a day of sporting activities at the Sports Barn.

Year 5 pupils are tapping their feet to their latest  musical creation.

Year 3 pupils have a two-pronged attack, creating props for the end of year performance, whist considering aspirations.

Year 2 pupils are learning all about spices – I feel a curry coming on!

Year 6 pupils have all bases covered, as they lead the school’s end of year performance.

Explore the River Holme from Sands to Hinchliffe Mill to find 21 ‘Litter Duck’ sculptures made by fairandfunky and our Year 1 children! The Litter Ducks remind us that we all have a part to play in keeping the River Holme litter-free.

I had a shock when I went to the Year 3 classroom this afternoon and saw an empty room. Fortunately, the pupils had opted for some air and shade to write their stories.

Trees are appearing and rehearsals are taking shape – I’m already looking forward to this year’s production.

 

In our assembly this afternoon, we were able to display the outcome of Year 5 and Year 6 pupils’ hard work.

 

After a morning of construction, Year 5 and Year 6 pupils have made great progress.
