A New Broom……………

At the end of this term, our Caretaker, Mrs. Digman is hanging up her paintbrush, saw, hammer, vacuum and cleaning cloths and is heading into well-deserved retirement status. For twenty years, Mrs. Digman has served Nabb School as a teaching assistant and, more recently, also as its caretaker. The manner in which Mrs. Digman has gone about her tasks has been a shining example to us all; always enthusiastic, always determined, always adaptable, always willing to do whatever needs doing and always with a cheery word and smile. We will miss Mrs. Digman’s contribution to our school, both as a caretaker and as a key character. However, if you have a head for speed, you may just catch a glimpse of Mrs. Digman in the valley on her two-wheeled adventures. We wish Mrs. Digman good health and happiness in her retirement.

In the New Year, we will welcome Bartosz Swieton as our new caretaker. We look forward to working with Bartosz over the coming years.

Amazon Wish List

Last year we were asked to post a ‘wish list’ of items we would like from Amazon.  Thanks to some very kind donations all the items on this wish have now been bought for us and delivered.  Thank you!

We have now created a new Amazon ‘wish list’ – which can be found by following this link https://amzn.eu/8jOiqcs – we would be so happy to receive any of the items on this list if you would rather buy something for school at Christmas.  Don’t forget to complete the sender information so we are able to say thank you for any gifts sent to us!

Crafty Cave Creations

Our friend, Jo, from Craft Cave Creations, has been playing Santa again and has sent us lots of lovely Christmas craft supplies for the children to make their Christmas Cards with.  Thank you very much Jo! If you have a moment have a look at her Facebook page Craft Cave Creations by Jo Marshall.

Thank you Jo!
